Meet the Eagle Bend Apostolic Leadership Team

Senior Pastor
In 1982 Pastor Triplett responded to the call of God on his life to start an Apostolic church in Clinton, TN. Previously, Pastor Triplett had served as Assistant Pastor at First Apostolic Church in Knoxville, TN under Bishop Billy McCool, where he had also served as Christian Education director, worship leader, and choir director. The first service of Eagle Bend Apostolic Church was held on Easter Sunday, April 3, 1983 in a building that wasn’t quite finished – the walls weren’t painted, the floors were bare concrete, and the brick was missing on the outer walls. From those humble beginnings, and a first service of only 16 people, God has continued to use Pastor Triplett to build a church in Clinton, with a new church sanctuary built in 1992, and construction of an incredible new Family Life Center facility underway. He also serves as Tri-State District World Missions director, as well as on the national board for World Missions for the Assembies of the Lord Jesus Christ. Pastor Triplett and his wife, Sis. Susan Triplett, have four children.

Youth Pastor
Bro. Steven serves Eagle Bend Apostolic Church as Youth Pastor. Additionally, Bro. Steven also serves the Tri-State District of the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ as District Youth President. He comes to Clinton from a sister church, First Apostolic, in Maryville, TN where he graduated from Apostolic Christian Academy. After graduation, Bro. Steven enrolled in the United States Army where he proudly served four years, spending a year in Afghanistan, as well as a year across the Middle East in locations such as Kuwait, Qatar, and Iraq supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. Bro. Solomon is also a graduate of the American Military University. He was named Youth Pastor of Eagle Bend in September of 2009, and was married to Sis. Elaine Triplett in December.
